Pieces of gold jewellery worn by Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu are all from her love interest John Abraham.

Commenting after the launch of an advertising campaign for Gili, the jewellery brand of Gitanjali, Basu said her fellow actor and partner provides her with all the trinkets she needs.

However, the performer said her beau is not the only person to whom she is close who provides her with gold items.

"My mother saves a lot of gold ... jewellery for me. I have not really looked into it. Till now, I am very happy with my jewellery," she explained.

Describing her engagement ring hopes, Basu claimed she wants it to be "nice and beautiful", noting that it cannot be too small or too big otherwise it will not fit her finger.

The 31-year-old has starred in a number of Bollywood films including her most recent effort Lamhaa, a thriller set in Kashmir.
